The insurance is a service offered by "RoutApp LLC" to our customers for the purpose of covering the value of orders that may result in stolen or damaged items that may have occurred while in transit to the customer's shipping address, It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the destination shipping address is correct and valid , We do not have control over ANY decision or conclusion that might result or arise from their investigation to ANY claim they process.

Any means of communication between "RouteApp LLC" and our customers using their service through the "Route app" or email are not in any way the responsibility of Nexus Clothing and are a direct communication between the customer and "RouteApp LLC".

Cost

Route insurance is available for purchase to customers in the cart page. For cart totals under $100 USD Route insurance is only $0.98 USD. For cart totals over $100 USD, Route+ is 1.5% - 5% of the cart total. (Paid to RouteApp LLC).

Duration of a Claim

Each Claim has a different duration or total time to process each case, And it varies from one claim or case to another, please note that due to Covid-19 the duration of a claim can take longer time to process than usual as our partners are taking extreme measures to protect their employees and staff members.
