Common Questions

Click "Start Your Return" above. Enter your order number and the email used at checkout. Select the items you'd like to return, choose a reason, and submit. If approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email.

Once we receive and inspect your return (1-3 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Yes! When starting your return, select "Exchange" and browse our catalog for a replacement item. If there's a price difference, you can pay securely via PayPal. Exchanges ship free and have no restocking fee.

Select "defective" as your return reason and upload a photo showing the issue. Defective returns have no restocking fee and include free return shipping, regardless of the resolution you choose.

Monogrammed or personalized items, underwear, vintage items, altered garments, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.

Return Policy

Return Period: Returns accepted for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Online and phone purchases may be returned to any of our store locations in the Tidewater area.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Monogrammed, personalized, underwear, vintage, altered, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days once received.

Refunds & Fees

  • Refund applies to the item price only (shipping costs are non-refundable)
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds unless the return is due to our error
  • Restocking fee is waived for exchanges, store credit, and defective items
  • Route Package Protection is a third-party insurance service and is non-refundable once used

Exchange Policy

After your exchange is accepted, you may select a different size or item from our catalog (subject to availability). If there's a price difference, you can pay securely online before we ship the new item.

We offer exchanges (not refunds) on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased in-store within 30 days. A valid receipt is required.

Store Credit

Store credit can be issued for any difference in price when exchanging one item for another. Store credit can be redeemed at any NEXUS location.
