Return Policy
Return Period
NEXUS gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online or by phone for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. For your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to any of our NEXUS store locations. Refunds will be made as the original payment unless we agree to credit a different payment type. All monogrammed, personalized, underwear, vintage, altered, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Processing time
Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of package arrival.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
A refund will be issued as a store credit or to the buyer's original method of payment. Refunds will be issued only for the price of the item paid, not any shipping charges paid.
Route Package Protection Fees:
Route is a third-party insurance company that protects packages while in transit from our locations to customers in case orders get lost, stolen, or damaged. It is a service that is managed and billed by them. Once the service is used, it can not be returned or refunded.
(All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return has resulted from our end. Then we will waive the 15% restocking fee)
EXCHANGE Policy
Once the exchanges are accepted, the customer can choose a different size or item (Subject to availability); once the items are received, a new invoice will be issued and sent to the customer's original email. Once you receive the email for the exchange, confirm the items in the exchange before we ship them back. If there are any extra charges, the invoice will have the option with a secured link to pay using any method you choose.
We ONLY offer exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased within 30 days of the date of the purchase receipt for in-store purchases. Any exchanges need to be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items can be returned to any of our stores located in the Tidewater area in Virginia.
Store Credit
Store credit is only issued for the difference of an exchange between two items. Full store credit is not allowed; store credit can be issued and used at any of our locations; store credit is only eligible for online purchases if asked for while the store credit is being issued.
