COVID USPS Delays and Outages

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, USPS has announced several service delays or outages that may effect our ability to create shipments or match estimated days to delivery.

USPS Domestic Service Delays due to COVID

Effective April 17th 2020, USPS has announced some possible delays for domestic US Services.

USPS Priority Mail Express	This service will not experience any delays at this time.
USPS Priority Mail	Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window for non-local shipments will now be extended to 3-4 days.
USPS First-Class Package Service	2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.

The majority of UPS services continue with the same expected delivery time frames our customers have come to expect. While they have suspended their Service Guarantee in light of overall Corona virus uncertainties, they remain committed to providing timely and reliable service

Store Pickup & Local Delivery

For the continued safety and well-being of our teammates and customers, our NEXUS owned stores will remain temporarily closed in Virginia. At selected stores, we're offering safe, con tactless curbside services (as well as local delivery) for online orders as local regulations permit. Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in returns processing, and your order may take longer than usual to arrive.

Local Delivery

We are now offering free local delivery on online orders over $50.00 within the 25 Mile radius in the Virginia tide water area, at the checkout page you can choose the options available to you according to your zip code.
